Franklin County has been made aware that contact information for Planning & Zoning applicants listed on public meeting agendas is being used to send fraudulent phishing emails requesting payment.

Please be advised:

🚨 Franklin County will NEVER request payment by bank transfer, wire transfer, gift card, or any other electronic funds transfer method by email.

All official Franklin County Planning & Zoning invoicing is handled only through the following methods:

• Cash
• Check
• Online payment through our official permitting portal, Citizen Serve

If you receive an email requesting payment that appears suspicious:
